  • 2 tbsp self-rising flour
  • 1 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (optional but recommended)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Spray a microwave-safe mug with non-stick spray
  2. Mix all ingredients until smooth
  3. Microwave 60–90 seconds (check at 60)
  4. Let cool 1 minute before eating
