WW Low-Point Chicken Lazone
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup fat-free chicken broth
- 2 wedges Laughing Cow Light (or similar light cheese)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin cutlets or strips.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt & pepper.
Season chicken well on both sides. - Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Lower heat. Add chicken broth to the pan, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in Laughing Cow wedges until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to pan, simmer 2–3 minutes until coated and creamy.
Serving ideas (still low point)
- Over cauliflower rice
- With steamed green beans or broccoli
- Over zoodles
