Weight Watchers Low-Point Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
Brownie Layer (low point)
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Cheesecake Layer
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener
- 1 egg (or ¼ cup egg substitute to lower points even more)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a small pan with parchment.
- Mix all brownie layer ingredients until smooth. Spread in pan.
- In a second bowl, whisk the cheesecake layer until creamy.
- Pour over the brownie base and swirl slightly with a knife.
- Bake 22–25 minutes, until set.
- Chill at least 2 hours before cutting into 16 squares.
