Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (like Monk Fruit or Stevia)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: a few sugar-free chocolate chips (adds ~1 point)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, applesauce, egg, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until well combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are slightly firm.
- Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
