Servings: 9
WW Points: 1–2 points per brownie (depending on ingredients/brands used) ⸻
Ingredients
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce (no sugar added)
• ¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup zero-calorie sweetener (like Monk Fruit, Allulose, or Stevia blend)
• ¼ cup self-rising flour (or all-purpose + ¼ tsp baking powder)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp mini sugar-free chocolate chips (optional but amazing!) ⸻
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and line a small square pan (8×8) with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix applesauce, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener until smooth.
3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Spread batter evenly into the pan.
6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the center is just set (they’ll look a little soft — that’s good for fudgy texture!).
7. Cool completely before cutting into 9 squares. ⸻
Tips • For extra fudginess, chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours after baking.
• Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for that gourmet vibe.
• Use a silicone pan to avoid sticking without added oil. ⸻
