Carrot cake muffins

These carrot cake muffins are just one weight watchers point each and soo decadently delish!

Ingredients

  • Egg
  • 3 large
  • Banana
  • 3 medium
  • Baking powder
  • 2 tsp s
  • Table salt
  • 1 tsp s
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp s
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp s
  • Walnuts
  • ¼ cup s
  • All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup s
  • Uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 cup s
  • Good Protein Creamy vanilla all-in-one superfood shake
  • 1½ serving s
  • Splenda Brown sugar blend
  • 1 tbsp s
  • Shredded carrots
  • 2 cup s

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, first wet then dry
  2. 2 Bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes makes 12 muffins!
