Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Tried making cinnamon bread pudding. It’s pretty good. Be better with drizzled icing but I’m out of that! 

Don’t feed stale bread to the birds. Instead, turn it into a hearty breakfast like this pudding.

1 weight watchers point per serving! tray makes 12 servings! You can add sugar free jam, fat free whipped cream and or sugar free syrup to top off your serving! 

Ingredients 

  • 12 slices cinnamon Keto bread (9 points)
  • 1 cup almond milk- 1 pt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Stevia brown sugar Sweetener
  • 1 ounce Small box raisins -3 points

Instructions 

  1. All wet ingredients except bread that I tore into pieces were mixed and poured on bread.
  2. I let it soak for about 20 minutes then baked at 350 for 50 minutes

Tweak however you want. Next time I’m adding sugar free apple pie filling.
