Weight Watchers Cheesecake Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
16 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
Optional: crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in Greek yogurt, sugar substitute, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Rinse and dice strawberries, and pat dry all berries.
Gently fold berries into the cheesecake mixture.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Optional: Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.
