WW Mini Pineapple Upside cakes
I was at it again!
Pillsbury Zero yellow cake mix, use egg and water as directed, replace oil with no sugar added applesauce. I Pam spray my cupcake pans, put bits of Fresh pineapple followed by 1/2 tsp loosely packed brown sugar. Top with your batter. I got 23 cupcakes at 2 points each. Like Mini pineapple upside cakes.
If you only use 1/2 tsp brown sugar, the brown sugar does not add any points. Found cake mix at walmart or sam’s.. It’s really hard to find.. 2 pts for each upside down cake, Enjoy
