WW Friendly Oat Chocolate Bars
Ingredients Oat Layer • 2 cups old-fashioned oats • ½ cup powdered peanut butter (PB2 or similar) • ¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup or honey substitute • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt Middle Layer • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or sugar-free) • 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla Chocolate Top • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions 1. Prepare oat base: Mix oats, powdered PB, syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt until well combined. 2. Press into pan: Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and firmly press oat mixture into the bottom. 3. Middle layer: Stir peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla. Spread evenly over oat layer. 4. Chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in microwave (20-second intervals). Spread thin layer on top. 5. Chill: Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm. 6. Slice into bars and enjoy! ⸻
