Tik Tok spaghetti squash

Tik Tok spaghetti squash three weight watchers points per half -the entire recipe is six weight watchers points. I’m sure most of you have had this before but I’ve seen it so many times on Tik Tok the viral Spaghetti Squash that I finally had to tried it and woah was it REALLY good. My husband who’s never had squash loved it also.

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • Cooking spray
  • Grape tomatoes
  • 1 cup fat free feta
  • 1 light baby bel cheese wedge

Instructions

  1. I heated the squash up for 3 minutes to get it soften because it’s extremely hard to cut because of how thick.
  2. Once it was a little softer, I took a knife and cut down horizontal, and scooped all the inside out.
  3. I put cooking spray and brushed it onto each half of the squash. Put some pepper and salt as well.
  4. Heat the oven to 400 degrees and place it in for 30-40 minutes upside down in the oven.
  5. Once it’s cooked, I added my grape tomatoes, 1 cup of fat free feta cheese on each half and half a baby bel cheese on each.
  6. Cook in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes and once it’s finished, take a fork and scrape the sides so it looks like spaghetti.
