Mini chocolate chip cookies

She adapted @laurenfitfoodie mini m&m cookies into mini chocolate chip cookies and they are really tasty. 

This recipe made 18 mini cookies for me! Each cookie is is 30 cals and 1 point, and you can have 5 for 5 points etc. because they don’t duplicate the more you have! Serving size is totally up to you, but personally 4-5 do the trick for me 🙂

Serving size is totally up to you, but personally 4-5 do the trick for me :). Bonus: you could eat this raw as cookie dough too

Ingredients

  • – 1 cup oat flour 11 points
  • – 2 tablespoons coconut flour 1 point
  • – 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • – 1/4 cup Calorie free sweetener I used a monkfruit blend from Whole Foods
  • – 1/4 cup swerve brown sugar
  • – 2.5 oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • – 1.5 tablespoons of light butter
  • – 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • – 25 grams Lily’s dark chocolate chips 4 points

Instructions

  1. Mix it all together, scoop tablespoon size cookie dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake at 350 for about 10 mins!
