Thanks to Colleen and thestatenislandfamily
ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Self-rising flour
3/4 cup(s), plus additional for rolling out dough as necessary
Shredded fat free skim mozzarella cheese
¼ cup(s)
Cooking spray
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Tomato sauce
1 cup
my favorite veggies (onion, green pepper, tomato, and sometimes spinach if I have any)
instructions
To bake, I roll out a dough ball on bit of flour (to keep it from sticking), brush very lightly with extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Bake at 375°F for 5–10 minutes, just until the bottom lightly browns, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Top with homemade marinara, (tomatoes sauce with seasoning ) my favorite veggies (onion, green pepper, tomato, and sometimes spinach if I have any), and fat free mozzarella. Goes back in the oven until the cheese melts and edges are crispy (sometimes I use the broiler to hurry it along). Once out of the oven – I finish with more Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper on top. 3 POINTS PER PIZZA!
This plate is a large sandwich plate – so I roll out the dough pretty thin to make it about the same size.
