Cloud Bread Blueberry pancakes – these are just 1 point each! Guilt free pancakes – you can eat the entire light fluffy tray!Ingredients
Egg
3 large egg(s), separated
Reduced fat whipped cream cheese
2 oz
Cream of tartar
¼ tsp
Kosher salt
½ tsp

(separate the yolks from the whites)  and be very careful. Do not get any of the yolks into the white mixture. This will affect the recipe if you do…
2 oz. Softened cream cheese – I use whipped — but whichever you have will be fine! Add this to your yolks..
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter — add this to your whites and beat for a minimum of 2 minutes…  when you think that they’re done beat for another minute lol that’s the issue.
A lot of people have with cloud bread. They don’t beat the whites long enough. You should be able to hold your bowl upside down.
and they’re not gonna fall out when you have the stiff peaks that you’re looking for…
Then I use the same beater and I beat up my egg yolk with my 1 ounce of cream cheese until you incorporate the cream cheese into the yolks beat it for about a minute…
Then take your yolk mixture and pour it gently over the whites. then you’re gonna take a spatula and you’re going to gently fold it into the whites until it’s all combined.
You don’t wanna beat the air out of these egg whites so again, do this very gently—
