Chocolate peanut butter cups

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of Lily’s Zero Sugar Chocolate
  • Chips.
  • 5.3 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
  • 4 tbsp of PB2 with water according to package directions.

Instructions

  1. Melt 40 grams of Lily’s Zero Sugar Chocolate
  2. Chips.
  3. Add 5.3 oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Divide yogurt mixture evenly in 6 silicone muffin cups.
  5. Rehydrate 4tbsp of PB2 with water according to package directions. Top each chocolate cup with an even amount.
  6. Freeze 1-2 hours. Any longer results in a need to thaw before serving.
