Freestyle in the Kitchen aims to publish recipe pages that are clear, useful, and transparent about their limitations. This policy describes the standards used when creating, reviewing, and correcting content.
Recipe Information
Ingredients, quantities, temperatures, cooking times, equipment, and yields should be stated when reliable information is available. We do not add unsupported nutrition figures, Weight Watchers points, medical benefits, or guaranteed results. Program rules and product formulas change, so readers should verify current values using their own ingredients and official program tools.
Sources and Originality
We work to distinguish original editorial material from adapted, attributed, sponsored, or third-party material. Where a source or creator must be credited, that attribution should be clear. Content that is incomplete, duplicated, or cannot be verified may be corrected, consolidated, unpublished, or held for further review.
Food Safety
Recipes should include appropriate doneness guidance when food safety depends on temperature or handling. Readers should use a reliable food thermometer where applicable and follow current guidance from recognized food-safety authorities.
Advertising and Commercial Content
Advertising, affiliate links, and sponsored recommendations should be clearly identified and visually separated from publisher content. Commercial relationships do not guarantee favorable editorial treatment. See our Affiliate and Advertising Disclosure.
Corrections
If you identify a factual, safety, attribution, or clarity problem, please send the page URL and a description through our Contact page. Material corrections may be noted on the affected page when appropriate.
