WW Strawberry Lemonade

๐Ÿ“ WW Strawberry Lemonade (Low/Zero Point)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened, thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4โ€“6 lemons)
  • 3โ€“4 cups cold water
  • 1โ€“2 cups diet lemon-lime soda (like Sprite Zero)
  • 2โ€“4 tbsp sweetener (adjust to taste)
    • Stevia / monk fruit / erythritol (0 points)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend
    Add strawberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and 2 cups water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional)
    If you want it smoother (like your photo), strain out the pulp.
  3. Mix
    Pour into a pitcher and add remaining water.
  4. Add fizz
    Stir in diet lemon-lime soda for that refreshing sparkle.
  5. Serve
    Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices ๐Ÿ‹
