0-Point Coconut Cake (WW Friendly)

0 WW points for the whole cake (using 0% yogurt + sweetener)
đź›’ Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200g plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tbsp sweetener (erythritol, stevia, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Coconut extract (optional, for stronger flavor)
- Optional: light sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes on top
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with sweetener until slightly fluffy
- Add yogurt and vanilla, mix until smooth
- Stir in baking powder (and coconut extract if using)
- Pour into a small greased baking dish
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden on top
- Let cool slightly before slicing
