Zero Point Pancakes

Who knew you could enjoy fluffy three ingredient pancakes?? And the best part they are zero weight watchers points! These uber-healthy pancakes are as easy as making a smoothie! Make a big batch, stash them in your freezer, and reheat in your toaster for a delicious, hot breakfast anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Mashed up a banana in a bowl and then i mixed in one egg. I then put the rolled oats in a blender and made them more like a flour. Then added the now oat flour to the bowl with the banana and eggs. Mixed up. Cooked over medium heat. Made 5 small pancakes. 0 points total.
  2. I did add 2 tbsp sugar free pancake sryup to the top of mine which was 1 point. Next time I think I’ll blend up a few berries like strawberries, blue berries and raspberries and put them on top. Then it definitely would be a 0 point snack.
