– Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup

– Fat Free Skim Milk, 1/8 cup

– Sprinkles, as needed (optional)

– Vanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp.

Other Items Needed

– Two 6-Donut Pans Or oven safe molds.

Donut Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray donut tins/molds with PAM. Set aside.

2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except PAM. Make sure all ingredients are mixed together well.

3. Fill donut tins/molds 1/4 way.

4. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes, or until done. Donut should “bounce back,” against your touch, when done.

5. Once done, remove from oven and allow to sit in tins/mold for 3-5 minutes. Once slightly cooled, remove from molds/tins and place on cooling rack. Allow to cool for another 3-5 minutes, then top with icing and sprinkles (if desired).

Icing Directions

1. In medium sized bowl, mix together all ingredients.

2. Once donuts are cooled, dip or spoon icing onto each donut. Then, top with sprinkles (if desired).

3. Serve & Enjoy!

Makes 12 servings. 1 Freestyle point per serving.

***You can make only 6 donuts out of the batter, so they are thicker. Though, the point value will change from 1-point per donut, to 2-points per donut.***
