WW Strawberry Bundt Cake

I really wanted to make some blueberry muffins this morning but when I opened the fridge we were all out of  them but found some fresh strawberries…. so I baked a cake!

Here is the quick and tasty recipe! 

• 2 servings of Devotion Nutrition Angel food cake protein powder 

• 1 Cup of Birch Benders high protein pancake mix 

• 1 Tbsp of baking powder 

• 1 tsp vanilla extract 

• 2 eggs

• 1 egg white

• 1 1/2 cups of fresh strawberries  cut up

• 1 Cup of water

Spray your bundt pan with non stick spray well. 

Bake at 375 for 30 min

12 servings 1 WW point each on all color  plans.

Macros – 61 cal, 5 carbs, 1 fat, 7 protein
